Yes. All shampoos use coconut- and glucose-derived surfactants. No SLS, no SLES. Color-safe and scalp-friendly.
Yes. All formulas are color-safe. The B.otox masks are bond-friendly and especially recommended after a color or bleach service — apply 24 to 48 hours after the appointment to let the cuticle close.
Yes — our routines are designed to work across most hair types and conditions: dry, color-treated, chemically straightened, oily roots, fine, sensitized. The Coconut Oil routine is ideal for dry and dehydrated hair; the Prickly Pear routine for oily roots and dry ends; the Castor Oil routine for weakened hair and slow growth; the Aloe Vera routine for sensitive or flaky scalps.
Yes. We do not test on animals at any stage. Our formulations are also sulfate-free and paraben-free.

Returns & refunds
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't work for your hair, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. We refund both the product and the original shipping.
Email hello@rosebaie.us with your order number. We'll email a pre-paid US return label and the Paris return address. We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Yes. Our 30-day guarantee covers opened products if you've genuinely tried them and they didn't work for you. Lightly used, in original packaging.
